Cheap sound card for ADA8000 or new interface?

I'm moving most of my gear out of my rehearsal space into a home studio. I'd like to still be able to record demos at the rehearsal space though. I have an ADA8000, and I'm wondering if there is a cheap sound card that I could hook it up to to record at my rehearsal space. All it would need to have would be a headphone out (to a headphone amp), and an ADAT in. If it's more than $175 or so, I feel like I could just get an 8 channel interface that would sound better than the ADA8000. What do you guys think I should do?

Thanks!

thats tough, its going to be hard to get something that has ADAT that for under 175, but there is the E-MU 1212 which is actually a pretty nice card accept for the fact that you have to run XP

I'm still running XP, so maybe that or the 0404 will work...maybe I'll just spend a little more and get a better sounding interface
