Sad to see people taking on so much debt.

And tax dollars being used for these students loans.... many doomed to default.

NOT a good use of tax money.

most unis in england, or colleges to are american friends here cost 9,000 GBP a year(just because a new law has been passed) and that is only tutition, not accomodation or living expenses, so reallly for a 3 year UNI copurse which most are around 3 years your looking at about 50,000 GBP

9,000.00 GBP = 10,216.88 EUR
9,000.00 GBP = 14,668.38 USD

But a few thing about the UK learning system is that if youa re out the country for more than 5 years the debt cacels itself out no matter how much.
if yuo dont move abroad then you only pay back when your earning over 21,000 GBP and even then it is only like £20/£50 a month
