Rode nt1-a and Nt5

Hi All, I currently own a Rode Nt1-a, I use it mostly for acoustic guitar but I've found that the sound is a little... flat (for lack of better word) and I was looking into recording in stereo and hoping that would cure my recording woes. My question is since I have already have an Nt1-a, would getting just one nt5 sound any good? I don't have the money for the matched pair. If so, what are some good setups you recommend in terms of mic placement? As you can probably tell, I'm new to all this. Thanks in advance
