The bundled ones are good. I've seen them used quite a bit in a "pro" studio. The ChrisJ ones are also very good.

Stock Plugins

The stock plugins in Logic are really good. I especially like the Channel EQ and Compressor. I DON'T like any of the reverbs except Space Designer, and I choose to use others. I use the noise gate plug often for side chain ducking.

I used the stock plugs in Logic for a long time. They get the job done. I have since upgraded to a UAD platform. There was an article in Sound on Sound recently (Oct. '10' I think) where a reader's mix was 'rescued' (remixed). The engineer only used Logic plugs and the song sounded great.

The VIs in Logic are also really good. Especially the Rhodes and B3.

I recently had to do a mix for a friend that only has logic, no 3rd party plugs. It went from crappy sounding to good sounding in like an hour or so--it was fun to be forced to use the stock plugs, as I rarely only use them. This is mostly due to sluttism, though. As has been said, if you can't get a good sound with the stock plugs, you don't really have any business looking elsewhere...

I love the tape delay plug put on an aux with the Massey Tapehead set conservatively. Also space and delay designer.
