Quckest way to convert audio (snare) into midi? [Cubase 4]

hey all,
I know there's plugins to do the same, and ways within Cubase itself, but what's the quickest way to convert audio files such as isolated snare tracks, into midi data in Cubase?
Thanks..

I saw this mentioned the other day - Is it good at complicated snare work too?

I guess that would depend on what you mean by complicated and what device/instrument you are triggering via midi. It allows you to filter the audio signal to achieve a threshold to trigger the selected midi note output. Best I can say is give it a try and see. It's a free download. Works great with EZD.
