New converter unit! please help me

Hi guys,
I need a good converter unit.
Now I have a mixer Midas Venice 16 tracks, a Focusrite Isa 430 and a Api 512C so I don't need integrated preamps in the unit.
I'm thinking about Motu 192 HD, with 12 in and 12 out.. or Motu 24I/O..
Any differences between them?
Any other ideas?
My budget is max 2.000 euro. I work with Windows 7.

Thanks for your help guys!

OP: What about buying a used/older model MOTU and getting it modded by Black Lion Audio? The before and after difference is jaw dropping.

Jaw dropping as in night and day, blown away?

Can you please provide a car analogy to describe what the difference sounds like?

The upgraded sound of the MOTU will hit you like I'm going to hit you with my honda civic.

Why a civic? The bumper is solid and at knee height, much like the modifications done to the MOTU to enhance the analog stages.

Have I done any modifications to the civic? No, body kits make it much easier for police to track down a specific car and hair/organs tends to get stuck in the plastic bits. Plus BLA doesn't offer a mod for this particular model.

Brown's BLA modded Honda :

Blown away by the difference. As you can clearly see it's like going from a Civic to a Ferrari
