Beat Mapping Question...

I recently recorded a drummer and even though it was recorded to a click there are still noticeable flops .. I started using beat mapping to set the drums to a click, but everytime i slightly move my transient point it does that to every other track on my arrange window .. I only want to change my drums not every other track as well as some of them actually follow the beat. So in order to "play around this" I opened up a new project and imported the drums there and did all the beat mapping , but my question is .. Would I still have a problem if i import my now beat mapped drums to the old project ( something about importing tempo) and if so how would i overcome it .
