What would your approach to this situation be...???

How's this for a predicament? as far as mic position, EQ, and compression settings. what would you do with this situation? I also want to use a mic underneath as well. is this doable......

Cool vid!

I used to work w/ an engineer that used a 1' sq of foam cut to go around the hat mic.
