Probably, but whats the payoff? The multiple layers of samples?

Would be quicker to just use sound replacer on that section.

I'm not one of the "big guys"...but i've been using Superior Drummer 2 and it's by FAR the best and most comprehensive drum sampling and replacing software out there. I get my midi into SD2 with Massey DTM (drum to midi) which works like a charm.

I can't say enough about Toontrack. You have so many incredible options sound wise. The attention to detail is remarkable. Different types of heads, separate control over microphones, plastic beater/felt beater, not to mention I can take kicks and snares from one studio and blend them with ambience from another studio. Anyone else have options like that out there?
