REDDI: the bulky big ass firetruck

I love my REDDIs, but man they are heavy and big. How do you guys store you REDDI's in your studio? Right now, my Reddis are just sitting on top of my rack and taking up all the valuable room. Is there a tray strong enough for me to place the reddis on and slide it in empty rack spaces? I was going to put it on top of my power amp, but that's not long enough either. Seems like the REDDI is long and bulky, and insanely hard to tuck away between gear.

And while we are on the subject, is there a portable case I can put them in so I can take them to sessions at other studios?

i have a brick (not quite the same, but still big and bulky) and i've just incorporated it into the furniture: put it on the shelf of a little bedside-tably thing along with the other things that aren't rack mountable. check out some little bits and pieces from ikea. boring, but a nice lick of paint will sort that out, and their smaller pieces are great for certain bits of gear

A friend of mine has his stored in my studio. Lucky me!

We have it on the floor on the side of the room where it can't get bumped into.

I have seen an anvil case made for the REDDI, but right now my REDDI sits on the floor on the side of my console. It's quite a conversation piece.

Sets pretty much armed and ready to go, almost (not quite) hardwired to a wall panel input...gets used at a minimum 3-4 times a week on something.

Just wanted to say that mine is a "Christmas" Reddi. Took out the blinding blue LED and put in a green one. Red and green......'tis the season!
