Re-Aligning Tracks after going through outboard?

I just ran my drum buss from a live recording through a comp back into the DAW. I noticed that the small delay of the rountrip is noticeable in the way that the other tracks now sound slightly phased when put together with the drum tracks.

How would you re-align them in an easy without having to zoom-in and manually adjust the samples to match each other every time?

Do you guys also re-align just to make up for that few ms if there's no bleed from other tracks forcing you to do so, or do you just let it be the way it is?
