Clocking alternatives (yep!...again)

My current setup:

Audient MiCO (master)
clock transmitted via AES to
MOTU 896HD
clockt transmitted via ADAT lightpipe to
RME ADI8 (clock source set to input/ADAT)

Would the following sound better?

RME master
clock via BNC one side of T-split into MOTU 896HD WC in
other side of T-split into MiCO WC in (set to terminate)

(A master clock is planned, but no budget yet )

When splitting a clock cable, the master has to be on one end and the termination on the other. So the MOTU should be at the non-terminated T-joint. Whether it sounds better is hard to say, I'm not familiar with the MiCo.
