Emu 1210m - what cable to go AES/EBU?

Hi there

I want to go to and from my Behringer V-Verb and Emu 1210m via AES/EBU and want to know what cable/adapter I need.

The 1210m has a coxial input & output that can be configured to AES/EBU. Is there a commercially available cable, or could I even use an adapter? If so, should I use a 75 Ohm coaxial RCA cables and add a RCA to XLR adapters, or use a XLR 110 Ohm (AES/EBU) cables and add XLR to RCA adapters?

Also, does anyone know if I can also use the Optical SPDIF out at the same time as the AES/EBU?

Thanks

Well, EMU tell me all I need is a coaxial cable with XLR on one end and RCA on the other. Does this sound right to you guys? Can I do any damage by not using the right cable?

Thanks
