Sending to outboard reverb from both console and DAW

Here's my problem:

I have a Mac Pro/Logic Rig connected to a SSL 4000G-Series via 48 D/A-Channels.

Most projects start ITB with just using the SSL as a summing mixer. At that point I am sending from some of my Converter-Channels directly to the outboard reverbs/delays.

Later on I start routing some of my main channels - e.g. lead vocals - to the SSL.

Now I want to be able to access my reverbs from both the DAW and the SSL. My Lexicon 960L is perfect for that. I can access it via AES/EBU and analogue in at the same time.
But: many outboard reverbs (delays/multi-FX) have just one input.

Is there a simple solution to mix a DAW Aux-Send with a SSL Aux-Send? Pretty much a little 2-in-1 mono mixer. Does anybody make something like that?

What is technically involved to mix two +4dB mono-signals into one +4dB signal?

Do you have a patchbay with mults? If you have mults on your patchbay just patch the aux send from the SSL into one point in the mult and then your aux send from pro tools in another and then patch from another point in your mult to the input of your reverb and you're done.

If you have a 4000 you have mults on your patchbay, so this works great!

+1 for mults...to combine 2 signals you just wire each lug (tip to tip, ring to ring, sleeve to sleeve) together...nothing fancy
