I don't watch MTV. But did you see Bruno embarrass Eminem at the movie awards? He stormed out. I think this is great. Eminem makes fun of all these famous people only to have Borat's jock in his mouth. It's kind of ironic to see Eminem get punked in front of the very celebrities that he talks **** about.

I had the exact same thought. There's no way he could have been lowered that slowly and end up in that position unless Eminem were in on it . It would have been too easy to move his shoulders or something to avoid THAT position. Plus it seemed as though you could hear Marshal talking at points where he clearly would have had to had a mic on ...

It was definitely staged, but I'm not sure Em was in on it. I can't imagine him going for that willingly. Also - the last bit of drop happened kinda quick. Em probably thought that the guy would stop descending before being on top of him with his crotch in Em's face.

There's no way eminem would agree to have some dude's bare ass land on his face for the amusement of an entire arena. How someone would read eminem's reaction as being part of the act its beyond me...

he won't sell any more records by having someone humiliating him on national tv. hats off to 'bruno' for pulling that off! (i'm an eminem fan btw) - they must have known in advance where he was sitting...

Regardless of who was in on it, I just didn't find it very funny at all, or at least I didn't find myself laughing at the bit. IMO it's just MTV reaching for straws. I'm kind of confused as to why there's an MTV music awards show at all considering I havn't seen a music video on MTV in years. At least with my cable we have MTV and MTV2, neither of 'em show videos.

Right now MTV is showing "Exposed" and MTV2 is showing "HS Stories".

MTV is more on par with FOX these days IMO.
