Rosetta 200 vs original Rosetta

Has anyone compared the two units? I own the original one, and am thinking of upgrading.

I am on a Mix system and work at 44.1, so the higher sampling rates are not a big deal to me. The D/A would be nice, however I monitor via lightpipe and wouldn't use the D/A.

Does the newer clock and A/D technology make a big difference, or should I spend my money elsewhere (Portico? Distressor? Motif keyboard?).
