Is this for real? There is nothing up on the official FMR site about it.

It's real. When I called FMR a few weeks ago for a replacement PSU, the woman who answered the phone told me they were working on a levelling amp.

Very cool. Never did the RNC thing, but if this is as good in its own way, I'm definitely there with the RNLA.

Yes, it's real. It MAPs for $225.
Just like the RNC, it's Mono or True Stereo, but NOT dual Mono according to the information FMR has given me.

Now thats the right way to release a product. Dont say a word until 2 weeks before release. Sweet. Some of the waiting for 3 years thing really gets old.

We've had a prototype here for several months and it's amazing. More when Mark tells me it's ok to mention the details.

The RNLA is not a true opto, there is no opto cell in the unit. It has a character similar to an opto and it may sound like some 'compressors' from years gone by, but it was not built to emulate anything specific.

Watch our website in the next few days...they're shipping very soon!

Awesome...out of curiosity, do you think there will be enough made to satisfy initial orders or will only people that jump at the first shipments get their hands on one for a while?

I only ask because I'd really like to get my hands on one.

Yes, there should be enough to go around. Although, you may want to put your name in for one soon so you can be the envy of all your friends when you have one before they do.

We've had a protype here for quite a while and the bottom line is simple: it does what it says it does in a wonderful way, and you need several; one for your stereo mix, and several more for different channels. Mark does it again.

Would you say it replaces, or supplements, the RNC?

I love how these guys put 'ugly and cheesy box' as a feature. They also point out that it is 'Visually Annoying.'

I love these guys!

That`s strange.

Last night I had a dream there was indeed a new FMR EQ out.

It looked really cool but when I looked at the list price I was dissapointed to see it was $1995.00 ! V

Very un FMR like pricewise.

I gotta get off this site for a while so I stop dreaming about gear. Daydreamings enough. heh

I'm curious about this too. What exactly is the difference between the RNLA and the RNC? What would be the point of having both?
