liability document for a freelance engineer&client coming to my studio?

Is there a standard contract? I have an engineer coming from out of town, and he and the client will be at my studio for two weeks, I just need the client to sign some kind of liability form for all the gear they're using etc.

Any suggestions?

thanks for the link... i guess i should start with "liability" i dunno much bout legal fancy-talk... i just like microphones.
