HR824 Emblem Adhesive

The little "Mackie" emblem on the left side front of the monitors wont stay attached. Anybody else have this problem? What did you find to keep it attached?

Of course there are those who would prefer all traces of Mackie's name erased from their studio, but I have no shame.

You should put new emblems on them. I'd put "Neve" on one and "Neumann" on the other and then accept all the compliments from clients

Consider yourself lucky; I had the whole front of an 824 pop off during shipping to me. It was a used speaker and I didn't want to send it back, so the careful application of some Gorilla Glue and weights to hold it together while the glue expanded & set, and presto, Gorillized monitor.

Works fine!

Now for some upscale nameplates... I think I like Korby. Somewhat post vacuumesque. Or maybe "KONG".
