What would/could be the diferences on a mix released in the 5 continents?

Okay, so you're a mixing mixing engineer and the record company wants a worldwide release on the songs you're working on. What could/will be the differences to this record when it is released in all 5 continents?
Like, will Europe get the vox-up mix, the Americas a drums-up mix, Africa the backing vox-up mix, the didgeridoo-up mix for Oceania, and the taiko-up one for Asia? (this is just an example... heh )

Will there be differences at even smaller geographical level, being on the country or even state level?

What exactly are those differences? is it just balance? Or different eq (like in, adding a bit more warmth for the Antarcticans)?
Will the CD booklet layout even be different?
