I'll echo the above.

BAE service is awesome. I had a BAE Neve 3405 I bought used with a messed up right channel. They fixed it, upgraded my ancent PSU, swapped components to get the left channel up to spec and matched to the right channel. All for no charge. They also spent plenty of time talking to me on the phone about my unit, their other products, other gear on the market, and several other topics all without making me feel rushed.

not only do they have incredible support, but they are super great about letting people demo gear. I just used their 1272 pres on drum overheads today and wow. . .phat city. They also let me use their 312 mic pre as well and all for no charge. They are great over there. A+

BA messed up my order of a pair of 1273's. they charged me and shipped a single by mistake, all the way over here to australia.

they offered to pay for the shipping to return the single as well as ship a new pair, AND a $100 credit for my trouble.

that just blows me away. what integrity in business!

if i had my way, i would have 8 of the BA 1073s in my studio.

I also am a memeber of the BAE fan club. Avedis has been helpful above and beyond the call of duty when I have questions for him. I always feel bad chewing his ear on the phone so I usually send him emails and his reply's are like reading a book.

A rare treat in this Harmon dominated industry.
