KRK RP10s. Does it really has a crossover?

.hmmessage P { margin:0px; padding:0px } body.hmmessage { FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY:Tahoma } I got a RP10s to suit my RP8 monitors.

I am dealing with proper positioning and cabling. I got a coleman audio LS3 switch to handle the subwoofer and to use other sets of speakers.

I checked the specs:
Fixed 80Hz High Pass Filter. It does distort when having a 60hz sinewave and then playing some midrange stuff, though.

What would be the best approach to installing the sub? I have read of many people installing the sub just "added" to the main sound of the monitors, controlled with a switch, in this case, the LS3 switch. ¿Is that "no crossover" installation correct?
