Questions about Lockouts

My studio is really close to NYC, accessible by trains, busses, cars...

I've got in the live room: Grand piano, Rhodes suitcase, Juno 60, Korg MS 2000, Drumset, Congas, Timbales, 3 amps, various percussion.

In the control room, i'm tracking to Logic with a Mac, the UAD-1 card, a great river 1 channel pre, an RNC, various midi modules...

the vibe of the rooms are professional, but homey and comfortable.

I've been charging $30 an hour, but want to know what people charge for 12 hour lockouts.

Charge like a wounded rhino. Whatever the market will bear. Most places multiply the hourly rate by the number of hours booked, maybe offer a discount on longer bookings.
