the drummer probably has more to his kit than a kick and snare, too

if you took an Art Director aside and explained side-address mics to him until he finally got it, it still wouldn't make any difference. The visuals dictate all.

In the end, we audio guys are the same way, shaping 'reality' to suit our artistic requirements.

Well wrong with the picture is that there are 4 of them. This is the first time they've marketed them selves as a 4 piece. It was always drums, bass, and guitar. But cool.
