adat outs.... any suggestions?

I have a RME FF800 and I use a Presonus DIGIMAX LT to get a few extra pres and Line ins. I'm starting to need more analog outputs Than my FF800 can dish out. I was wondering if I should trade in my DIGIMAX LT for a Digmax FS with 8 pres and 8 outs?

Or should I just get another ADAT unit to give me more outs like the Behringer unit? Is it any good?

What are you guys doing for ADAT ins and outs?

I use a rme adi-8 with the fireface, works like a charm.

+ spdif input the 2 channel ad lavry (also used as master clock)

makes 18 inputs

so happy with the adi-8

heard some good things about the behringer thing. anyway, lot's has been written about it here.

alright, the ADA8000 is out. doesn't sound likt that many people thing the D/A is that great.

Read about the FIRESTATION.... $250.00 used sounds pretty decent. Any comments.

Lastly, I'm running a FF800 with a Digimax LT. I'm sending light pipe to the FF800 through ADAT. Should I connect the W/C bnc connectors? should I clock the units together. Is it really going to make a difference?

If I get the Firestsation, will i need to get the 3 units clocked together? this clocking stuff confuses me.
