TC Electronic M-One XL or Lexicon MX300 MX400 ???

if you guys had the choice?
i don't need dual stereo, just dual mono.
i will be using for my Band, VOCALS only (reverb and delay) going into an Ashly mixer

i can pick up a M-One XL used in good condition for $225.
or i can get a brand new MX300 for $ 267

anybody use both? thanks a bunch

I'd get the TC unit. I have an M-one and absolutely love it. The flexibility in routing is fantastic, the noise floor is almost non-existant, and the layout is very intuitive. The xl version is even better as the reverbs are better.

I originally purchased an MX 550 (a cousin of the MX300), which I promptly took back; and then bought my M-1. The noise floor was atrociously high. And I just didn't think it brought as much to the table as the M-1.

I'm not a fan of anything Lexicon makes in the lower end of the market. Their high-end stuff is great, but the low end stuff generally stinks.
