Daking filter question

Hi there,

the HI- and LO-pass filter frequencies on the Daking 52270B are indicated as 25Hz and 20kHz, respectively.
I'm wondering if these are the frequencies where the filters actually start cutting or if it's some kind of -20bB or -60dB point (like RT60 for reverbs) or what?
I think the latter would make more sense (25Hz HPF just wouldn't cut a lot of rumble, would it?).
In this case, could someone tell me where these filters actually start having an effect?

Aaaah!, the BUMP-y road to knowledge.

I mean: 53 views?
Some of them must have been Daking users/owners.
