414 Pair - difference in output level

I've got a pair of 414B-ULS, that I bought used from a company with a solid reputation. They came with documentation that showed matched frequency response charts (generated from testing these particular mics). I've found one of them to have roughly 10-12db less output than the other. This seems like too large of a difference to me. Is this within a normal range or is there a typical issue that would cause such a drop in output?
