USB to optical spdif

I want to run my PODxt into my Yamaha AW16G DAW.
PODxt runs digital signal out via USB out.
Yamaha runs Stereo optical spdif in (and out).
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

The USB from the POD isn't a standard digital audio connection - all it does is turn your POD into a soundcard. You won't find what you are looking for. It's like asking for a firewire to SPIDIF cable.

You'd need a box with a processor to control the USB, the Line6 drivers installed, etc. - this is what computers do.

You need a computer with a optical spidif card or interface (m-audio makes lots of cheap ones) to do a digi connection between your POD and Yamaha.

POD --> computer <--> audio interface <--> Yamaha

Nothing wrong with plugging in the analogue outs of the POD, though.
