For the most experienced..

WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH (just tierd of saying "Hi ppl"..its late-i'm board)

Right...i am just moving into my new studio and i haver all the immediate gear ready to be racked...I just need some ideas about some areas of connecting them up..

heres a run down of what i will be doing:

MAC - APOGEE DA16 - NEVE 8816 - RME 800 - MAC

Now, hers the tricky bit (for me anyway)...

I have some main room monitors with a DDP 226 Crossover and Chord Amps...I also have a Monitor Controller that needs to fit in there somewhere..

Can some one tell me the best to wire this series up...its the first time i have had this much gear to link together so i dont want to be a know it all and just go for it...i want the big boys help..

Just draw me a map like this:

A - B - C - D - E ect ect ect

thank you so much, this is something i have wanted to know for a while now...

take care

If it were me...I'd leave all the outputs of the da16 hardwired into your 8816...put the inserts and master outs etc of the neve into a patchbay. Then hook up the monitors like you normally would using the monitor controller.
