will chandler help with this?

bought 2 ltd-1s about 3 years ago and when you turn the input gain knob up, the audio will cut totally out on most of the click positions on both units. this also happens on all of the eq knobs too. i assume they need a good cleaning but they have done this from the day i got them.
i have never dealt with chandler so i am just wondering if chandler will fix me up or not.

thes 2 units are the soul of my studio and without them, i am on downtime.

call them up. They've always been really cool to me. it is certain that you are not the only customer that really relies on their gear on a daily basis.
