shockmount lube?

Hi there!
What do you folks use to lubricate the threads on microphone shockmounts?
I'm talking about the big nuts that hold the mic in the shockmount.

I think that mics should stay in their cases when not in use, so I tend to fasten/unfasten those nuts a lot, and I feel like they're getting less and less smooth over time.

Products available in Europe would be especially appreciated, thanks.

I use PTFE grease, boom arm screws, clutch treads...

Dry graphite would work better. It will come off without using a degreaser.
