Music/Instrument Application

I'm looking for an application to make parts for like violin or a symphony or piano or other instruments. I use Fruity Loops or Tabit right now but it's not sounding good enough. I know nothing will sound as good as the real thing, but let me know if you know of a program that is good. Thank you!

Many people rely on ROMplers to create realistic-sounding orchestral parts. Check out stuff from East West and Vienna Symphony Library.
