You can move to Berlin and get cleaner power than you ever dreamed of in Vegas, or you can move to some places in the Philippines and get power for six hours a day with varying voltage (but the newspaper announces when you'll have power and when you won't so you can at least plan for it).

If you don't provide enough information in your original post then expect more questions, not a definitive answer.
If you're not prepared to then answer those questions so people can provide a definitive answer, you're not going to get very far..
All you said in your actual post text was "I'm moving overseas, which UPS solutions are people using for a small-medium studio".
People have tried to point out that dealing with power varies hugely depending on where you're going, and how many devices you need to power, and what you have to spend etc.
Yet you refuse to tell us where you are going or share any of this information.
