Allen & Heath Zed 436 Talkback Switches
The talkback switches on this desk are latching. Before I take the plunge and open up my desk does anyone know if it's possible/easy to make these switches momentary instead of latching?

If memory serves, some switches of this type can have their latching defeated by removing some metal spring or other...
