Motu M2(M4)'s XLR input makes reversed phase sound?

Hi everyone.
I'm looking for a sub-portable audio interface, and have interested in Motu's new M2(or M4).
However, googling about this product, I found a Youtube video which is saying that M2's XLR input makes reversed phase sound while TRS input makes nomal phase.
Is it real? If so, what problem can be happened in a practical home recording or mixing work by the reversed phase sound?
That video is telling in Korean, so not many people could understand the language, but anyway I attach the link for the video.
