Eventide h3000 q

Do eventide h3000 have a problem with with getting hot? In another thread a user said that he keeps his on only for an hour at a time

There are plastic molex clips connecting wires in the power supply. The whole supply gets hot and eventually the molex connections fail. At a certain point the power supply needs a rebuild.
I was given one that had bad molex connections and issues in the power supply. Almost all heat related. I had it serviced and its fine now. Still runs hot though.

Orville gets hot too, it’s better to leave some space under and above to prevent overheating.
