How would you judge a "great deal" for monitors in US?

I saw many of you have picked up monitors due to a "great deal". I have to say it is very reasonable. Since most (if not all) studio monitors worth their price and there is no monitor that "overwhelm" others in the same price, the greater deal means greater sound quality for the fixed budget.

OK, the question is, how would you judge a "great" deal from open market in US?

If we use the price in sweetwater as standard 100%, I would say all the monitors in thomann are "good" deals since it is around 70% usually. For used one, I would say 50% is a "great" deal. What do you think?

Any idea? It is not a shame of talking some good deal, is it?
