Monitors - TRS Bal or RCA unbalanced? (Help please)

Hey guys,

Im fairly uneducated in monitors.
I own a pair of Mckie CR5BT Monitors, and have them running through my Behringer UMC1820 Interface.

I currently have playback using the Aux cable, into my interface.

At the back of my monitors I have a TRS Balanced or RCA unbalanced jacks.

Which should I use? and any advice on rigging it to my interface? Im sure this is simpler than I am making it out to be, See link below for a pic of my monitors and my interface. - Thanks! - All help appreciated.

Balanced means that the signal is on one conductor and 180 degrees out of phase on the other.

When somewhere the conductors pick up noise it is on both conductors in phase.
As you at the end of the chain have to reverse the phase of one conductor (else you hear nothing as both signals cancel each other) the noise goes out of phase and is cancelled.

Unbalanced doesn't do that.

So if you have problems with noise use balanced, else it doesn't really matter.
