Sending Slate VMS ML-1 in for repair

I contacted Slate support thru my slate account 4 days ago but havent gotten any reply from them besides automated reply.

Need to send to VMS ML-1 for repair to fix the high frequency distortion.

How many times have you tried to contact them?

How many ways? Just the one?

Whenever I have a problem with a unit, I call and email, and usually there are several numbers and several emails for a company this size. I always get a quick response. And yes I have communicated with Slate before.

Seems a bit premature to start a thread here. Also they just launched a huge product upgrade and change so they are probably super inundated with emails. Just hit them again.

Just by sending a support request ticket thru the website.

I guess I'll call them on Monday.

Yea they're probably very busy with the new everything all access pass stuff

Yeah I’ve experienced this issue intermittently. I’ve just dealt with it over the years because it’s not always there strangely enough. I found that gain staging with more headroom than usual helps a bit.
