Troubleshooting intermittent noise

I wanted to see if anyone recognizes this high-frequency noise that intermittently appears and goes away. I'm wondering if it could be internally generated, maybe a clock issue, or from the environment, some sort of RF interference.

I have two samples in .wav and mp3 in a Box folder.

Thanks in advance,

I heard a chirping noise in the second file. I couldn't really isolate a noise issue in the first file; maybe I wasn't listening closely enough.

You should describe your recording setup, and the recording environment. It will be hard to diagnose your problem without that info.
