In need of a Heritage Audio PSU, getting no response

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if something has become of Heritage Audio...?

The PSU for one of my OST-4 chassis has gone (I've got two, so have swapped them over, and the problem seems to be def with the PSU).

I've emailed their [email protected] and [email protected] addresses 3 times and got no reply.

Have they gone up the swannee, does anyone know? And has anyone got any advice for getting a replacement? It's a 5-pin XLR labelled

1. Chassis
2. 0V
3. +17.5v
4. -17.5v
5. 48v

I'm unsure if that's a standard set up or not.

Have you called them?

Old school works best I’ve found with some companies as they might be focussed on production

Hi there. Same here. I've an OST-4 too. The 4 LEDs inside the unit and the psu is blinking/flashing (it goes on and out, every 2-3 seconds I think). If the unit isn't plugged in, the psu isn't blinking.
Didn't get a feedback by HA until yet. Also tried to call them, but without results. Do anyone have an idea how to fix that? I'm in electronics, but didn't find the issue until yet.

Would be great!

I emailed them for something in june.
It took them 2 weeks to answer, but they did answer.
Maybe the tech team isn't all that big and they get a lot of emails?

Well, apparently a new one is in the post, although it has only been sent yesterday. It seems like the entire company is just one dude as I have been emailing the director...

Took three emails to get any response, and after I was sent a price it took another two to get any instructions on how to actually order (paypal).

Anyway, hopefully this is it sorted out!
