Dynaudio AIR hardware remote control flashed (level)

Hello,

Hardware: Dynaudio air15, master + slave and
Dynaudio AIR hardware remote control

The hardware remote control level led light is flashing?
Out of the blue the level button does not work any more?
I cannot find anything in the manual.

Any suggestions?

thanx

Hey Onno,

I own a pair of Air25's with remote in Haarlem, if you want to check if it's your remote or your speakers you're welcome to come test it out this weekend.

Have you tried resetting the level presets, thereby 'overriding' previously saved data?

Hi,

Thank you.
That's the point. I don't know how to overriding previously saved data?
Nowhere to find any instructions?
It (level =led light) still keeps flashing

From the AIR series manual:

REF LEVEL 1 to 3 keys
Use the REF LEVEL keys to recall and store reference levels.
Recalling Reference Level 1 to 3:
► Press the relevant key shortly. The key LED indi- cates the activated Reference Level.
Setting Reference Level 1 to 3:
► Set the level using the large VOLUME dial in the center of the remote.
► Press and hold the relevant Reference level key for approximately two seconds.
The LED will flash three times, indicating that the new Reference level has been stored.
When you power up/connect AIR Remote, no REF LEVEL key is active – the volume is defined by the po- sition of the Master Volume dial.

Have you tried that?

Hi,

Yes I tried but nothing happens.
Now after a while no led at all is blinking/flashing?
Yesterday I worked fine and I didn't change anything?
Perhaps by coincidence I touched some buttons of the remote control
what should I do now?
