Coles customer service experience?

Hi Everyone,

what's the general experience with Coles' customer service?
I sent them two e-mails regarding a repair job and both have gone unanswered.
The only adress I know is "[email protected]". Is there another adress for repairs?
Is there some English holiday I'm not aware of?
What's your experience?

If you are in the US go through Independent Audio initially. Frazer and Jean and co are always friendly and helpful.

Had great customer service from them in two different occasions.
Be patient.

For how long?
The 1st mail dates back 3 weeks, the 2nd 4 days...
In the meantime, someone I know had their mail answered within 2 days.

No experience with Coles CS, but there’s always the slight chance your emails are being rejected or spam-flagged by their hosting services. If possible, try emailing from a different account - or call them up.

My bad. Disregard my post.
I was thinking you're not a patient person because you couldn't wait a day for a reply to your thread without bumping it.
I do apologize.
