Yamaha SPX 900 vs SPX 1000

Anybody able to compare/contrast these two multi FX?

The big difference is that the SPX-900 is mono in, stereo out. The SPX-1000 is stereo in, stereo out and I believe it has digital I/O as well.

I've got a SPX-900 remote for sale if anyone is interested. Email me. Full front panel functions and LCD display on the remote.

A guy is selling both these units, which one should I get, or are they so different that I should take both of them?

I already have an spx90 (inside a dmp11 digital rack mixer), I was thinking maybe one of these could replace the dmp11 in my live rig, one rack unit would be much easier to carry around...
