Tascam DP24 DP32 Fader Level not saved

hey

so tascam dp24 and dp32 don't save fader volume level, it always refers to the "physical" slider settings.... so every time you open an old song u lose all the volume settings, despite u can still have pan saved (LOL)
how is this possible, anyone sent a complain to Tascam, or similar?

Yea, I wish it saved the volume also. I have a DP 32.

It is because the pan is a digital control so it can be saved. There is no individual pan pot on every channel. There is an actual fader per channel so unless they were motorised they can not be saved.

If you want full fader automation get yourself and AKAI DPS24.

Cheers
