Track at 48K then mix OTB to 96K......tighter bottom end and more open at the top to my ears.

I like tracking to 48k and then mixing out of the box to tape. Then resample at whatever rate the desired medium is to be. My UAD plugs sound a hell of a lot smoother at 48k than 44.1k!

88.2khz for audio or 96khz for film...I've tinkered with 192khz, but I haven't found it to be worth the disk space...

Oh wait 44.1.. I would do 48k but honestly I can not hear the difference between 44.1 and 48k and would rather have more tracks/plugins to use. Ok OK flame me now!
