Shure SM7 questions

Hey Guys!!

I've got two questions concerning the SM7.

Do you know an american distributor who ships to Germany?

and

Is it ok to use it on drums for example, stand tom or could it happen, that very loud signals can damage it or make it not usable for Vocals anymore??

Thanks Aljoscha

SM7's are expensive as hell in Germany, compared to the US. CRAAAZY! Just like any other type of audio gear.

Dunno about your first question, but I use my SM7b on drums and vocals all the time. It can take a beating, both structurally, and SPL-wise.
