Bugera V22 Buzzing

I bought a Bugera V22 for when I don't want to lug the 65 around to rehearsals, etc. (Please don't stone me) After a re-tubing and an alnico blue, the thing sounds pretty good. There is an occasional buzzing that has developed. It comes and goes. I unplugged the speaker while it was buzzing once and it was still loud and clear from the chassis. Any ideas?

Lives for gear

Take it back to the dealer and get a new one? Bugera/Behringer aren't known for quality products, and if it's still under warranty, make them give you one without the buzz.
