Being an ancient fossil, who abused my body via construction as a youth, I have to plant my heel atop the lowest level just to trigger the looper on level two anywhere close to on the beat.

I'm planning to refurb the structure, they go together super quick. Cut an oak one-by-whatever, diagonally, and stain, 10 minutes. Two 60 second spray poly coats, with some steel wool before each, and it's ready for the drill press and assembly the following morning. I use dark synthetic finish shelving for the treads.

After I see how I like signal flow...I'd like to fit it all on the lowest shelf behind it, in one row, to buy back some floor space.

At my advanced stage of necrosis, hitting the third row is a 50-50 shot at toppling over into a face plant, but you know, chix really dig scars.

Smile My Rig Rundown (2016)

Hi! Many things changed in my pedalboard so I decided to make a new video about the gear I use this year. It's the first time I use an amp/cabinet modeller in my main pedalboard and I think it sounds quiet convincing. Let me know what you think!

Thanks!

Gear used in this video:

Fender Strat w/ Rocketfire Total 60s
Two Notes Torpedo CAB
Tech 21 British
Digitech Polara
Strymon Timeline
Himmelstrutz Fitzo
Himmelstrutz Fetto Maximus
Mooer Tender Octaver
Wampler Tumnus
Proco Rat
JAM Boomster
TC Polytune 2
RMC 4 Picture wah
Radial JDI
Mogami cable w/ Neutrik plugs
Evidence Monorail w/ SIS plugs

Sounds like one too, when I let the H9s off the leash.

Don't have one. I use a clean boost and a delay. That's all. Don't need a board for that.

My gig rig. I plug in a power cable and run direct to FOH and I'm ready for sound check. :D Some of the other bands on the bill with us were amazed at how fast I could get set up. Sounds sweet, too.

So many times I've wanted to share updates to my board, but waited until it was significantly different than before. This is it. More of a look at the entire rig, but check out the high level overview of the pedalboard(s) that begins at 1:16. I'm having tons of fun with this rig.

And because that one really glosses over the effects pedalboard, here is a detailed look at that in a separate vid:

Never been a big pedal guy. I did need an overdrive so I scored this new for 90 bucks. This, a wha, original RAT and a big muff are not much of a pedal board i know I really been wanting the EH pitch fork

Have thought about the Pitch Fork too. Some say it does not track as well as POGs (Inc Micro and Nano). Anyone have thoughts on that? Haven't had time to find it to try yet.

Working on an new one:

Forum - vibe vintage edition, available as a DIY kit if you look it up on google if interested. It is based on the original Shin - Ei uni-vibe and uses a lightbulb with 4 LDR's ("opto"). If you live in Europe, it's about 60 Euro's including enclosure and knobs etc. Mine is going to have cream chickenhead knobs on it.
I tested the circuit a few days ago, and it sounds great.
Just wanted to say, if I can do it... if you love to solder ofcoarse.

Edit:

Finished: the chickenheads are actually cream, but the lighting of the image isn't very good.

I replaced my Hog with a Superego and a Pitch Fork. I also know the Nano Pog well. The Pitch Fork tracks beautifully, don't listen to the killjoys. It has its own sound, which personally I like, and the extra features like the glissandi you can set up with an expression pedal are excellent. With a separate output for the pitch shifted signal it would be perfect, I don't miss the Hog at all.

This is a combination of analog pedals(except Whammy),midi foot controllers, rack with tube preamp/di,and MacBook running Amplitube 4 .The rack also has pedals in loops via the Epp-400,which also switches some loops on the pedalboard.I use the Sony headphones and little monitors for making presets.I have another 16 space shock rack with another preamp, interface, loop switcher, power conditioner,MacBook, wireless, compressor,BBE,midi router, etc. for road use.I have 7 different pairs of powered monitors and mains, and a bunch of different amps from a little Princeton to a Triple Rectifier depending on the gig. There's 3 decades of midi controllers(X-15/1992,Ground Control Pro/2000's,Liquid Foot jr/2011).The rack is held up by a On-Stage Stands Mix-400 rolling stand.

I put this little guy together out of pedals that are not going to stay on the main board. It actually makes a great little combination

I moved the fuzz off to a sub-board.

Anyone checked out the Top Tones? Or the Pigtronix Class A Boost? WOW!
